The Council of Nations (CoN) is an international organization whose stated aims are facilitating cooperation in international law, international security, economic development, social progress, human rights, and achievement of world peace. The top leaders of all nations may become admins and are allowed to announce anything they wish so long as it is relevent to international affairs.

VII: 60% Majority Required for anything to pass. Ties are decided by the Tetrarchy.

The Senate of CoN is based off of the historical Roman Senate of Ancient Rome. Each member of the Senate has different duties based on their rank however all senators have a duty to keep CoN and RP active.

The Plebian Assembly consists of all the leaders of member nations in CoN and are able to announce current international affairs and can vote on proposals.

The Final Statement Of Idi Amin Dada To The People Of Roleplay.

Dated some time around 2nd of July, the date of the Idist Massacre.

I make this final testament as a comprehensive defence of all acts I have commited in roleplay.

When I first reared my head into this community I saw a place of tyranny and misery. I sought to make it a place of happiness again. I sought to bring light where there was darkness. This I was denied, because my efforts were frustrated by the egregious tyranny which has plagued roleplay for so many years now.

The architects of this undesirable tyranny, which had stifled free thought and enterprise in roleplay for so long now, have consistently tarnished my reputation through lies, slander, propaganda, and sickening, malicious acts of character assassination unparallelled in the history of mankind. I am by far roleplay's most persecuted, most misjudged, most maligned character, and all acts ascribed to me have only been to prove a point - that I have the interests of roleplay at heart, having always wished to see a free and prosperous community that observed the rights of all.

These wishes have been squandered because of the stupidity and ignorance of the community at large, who refused to take up arms against their tyrannical rulers, and instead insisted upon being guided by the bureaucratic behemoth of what is equivalent to an RP nanny state. The tyranny of the elite has proven too strong for me to break. The people of roleplay have failed me. They are unworthy and deserve to be overrun by the darkness that has pervaded it.

I shall remain as always righteous, convinced of my inherent moral superiority to those who challenged me, and guilty of nothing, innocent of everything, absolved of all the crimes laid to my charge, proved right time and time again, as the Immortal, the Only, the Glorious Revolutionary.

Insult me as you wish. Defile my name, and I shall respond by purging it of all the impure and slanderous elements that made it unworthy to be spoken in the lips of all roleplayers. I give Freedom an ever-lasting salute, knowing I shall be avenged.

If it is within you, berate me. If you feel otherwise, praise me. If you are in awe at my deeds, glorify me.
