Gaming Right

I believe that there is an obligation among gamers that often goes unfilled. An obligation that we have IRL that doesn't carry over into the virtual world as often as it should.

The obligation to not be a jerk. The obligation to at the very least be funny when you insult the mothers of your fellow gamer, but not be cruel. The obligation to help a fellow player with their areas of weakness, instead of telling them off with non-constructive hating.

This is a call to all of you who have the drive to fulfil this obligation. A call to those who believe that as gamers, we should work to bring societies view of us above the COD-player stereotype. This is a call to those who wish to pursue games in the most enjoyable and respecful way: Classily
