Due to the server hosting provider

our teamspeak server has been blacklisted for not having a vaild licence

because of this no one can connet to the server

But the is a fix

Download that script > drag and drop to desktop > run as admin >

open Teamspeak > follow the steps in the CMD console > Connect to the server
