Hey, guys. Long time no see ya!

In case you missed it, our beloved Ticket to Ride is part of the ongoing Humble Digital Tabletop Bundle. It includes the base game + 9 DLC. Best deal ever for this game.

Since some of you approached us, we are putting the band together for one last show. We will host a gaming event this Sunday (check the events tab) to play TtR once again, but feel free to join us even if you are not playing. It's always great to catch up with old friends.

All Good Things Must Come to an End!

Dear Bundlelicious members,

At the beginning of this year, I had the unfortunate event of losing my mother to breast cancer. She hadn’t told us the severity of her tumor, so it took my family members and I by surprise. This is the closest person to me that i’ve ever lost… and it has been overwhelming at times. It has also been a transformative experience,... the loss, the grief, the personal reflections, the lessons learned, have resulted in changes in the priorities in my life.

After looking at things introspectively in regards to Bundlelicious, I came to the conclusion that this chapter has run its course, and we will be closing our beloved group!

Let me explain as…. there are two facets.

First, of course, as I mentioned above, with the loss of my mother, my own personal priorities have changed considerably since the beginning of the year.

Second, the bundle landscape has changed a lot in this last year. Bundle games used to be worth 20-25c usd each… now you can get 20-25 games for $1. The value of a bundle game has eroded so much that many are on sale at steamground, dig, etc everyday for only 3 or 4 cents a piece!!! I’ve been thinking about this the last 2 months and it hardly seems worthwhile to maintaining all the spreadsheets that the staff currently does and ALSO enforce our group rules on ratios, etc. when we are talking about pennies!

So next weekend, on the 3rd of March, Bundlelicious will be closing its doors!

Yes it’s sad!.. But we should ALL be proud, staff and members alike, for all that we have accomplished!

Every year, from its inception, Bundlelicious and now Bundlelicious v2, have exceeded all expectations!!! We have had 10,000 -15,000 bundle giveaways each year plus 100’s of additional non-bundle ga’s in the sister prize groups ( Inner Circle and now Platinum). We have hosted dozens of gaming events each year, and had lots of special events. None of this would be possible without overall vision, the wonderful staff to execute that vision, and YOU our amazing members!

So THANK YOU to all of you for being awesome and for making our group one of the BEST!!
You are all Bundlelicious, now and forever!!

The aftermath… (what happens now)

Here is a short list of some of the next things that will happen.

Bundlelicious will close on 3rd of March, so everyone will be dismissed.

Just prior to this, Invites will be sent to the members who qualified for the Quarterly Rewards for 4th quarter 2017. Sorry for the delay guys, we’ll get this last event going @ the Platinum group next weekend 3rd / 4th March… So look for an invite from me if you were one of the top contributors.

We will also finish the events that were started for winter with some prizes. So stay tuned.

THANK YOU again to each of you for making Bundlelicious an awesome place in the Steam & Steamgifts world!! This isn’t the last you have heard of me… I promise :)

Winter is coming!!
At least for the Northern Hemisphere folks!

Its cold outside and the days are short, and the Steam Winter Sale is ON!
So that means less outside time, and more computer time! :)

It also means Its time to get some events started on Bv2.

Our first event for this Winter is one of our favorites, the Etchy - Sketchy.
Its simple, yet fun, and easy for everyone to participate.

We're going to have great non-bundle prizes for the best drawings and sketches.The theme is Winter Holiday, but we will accept "Favorite Pet" as a substitute as well.
