Community Content - Top 100 Steam Backgrounds

During the last four months, a group of content creators have collaborated on a guide that now features over 190 backgrounds. These backgrounds, selected for their artistic design, will now be narrowed down to showcase the top one hundred - as voted by you, the community.

As you know, Steam has recently introduced many new features to profile design - including animated backgrounds. These backgrounds will not be featured in this guide, although future content will likely include them!

Join us in celebrating the launch of designer resources
As of now, an ever-growing database of profile customization guides, designer lists, and groups exist. However, there is an area within the art community that is commonly not supported - the designers themselves.

Back in late July, our team began working on various guides, tutorials, and instructions for becoming a successful designer. We planned to create user-friendly programs to ensure that becoming a designer would be easier, and more intuitive than ever.

Now, we're calling on the community to assist us!

Thanks to our affiliation with Designer Index, a forum page[yuv41artworkz.xyz] has been launched to serve our cause. We will be calling upon various designers, and members from around the community to post content that they find - or make themselves. Over time, the guides will be fine-tuned and many member-created projects may find themselves in future announcements.
