Assyrian-Seleucid Negotiations

"King" Ashur the III, met with the King of the Seleucid Empire. They spoke about the current unrest in the Assyrian majority held lands. King Ashur the III still wanted good relations with the Seleucid Empire. The King of the Seleucid Empire offer the Assyrian people an autonomous state. In exchange for their loyalty. "King" Ashur the III will now be know as the Satrap of Assyria. No longer being the King, due to our new relationship with the Seleucid Empire. With Antioch and other Greek cities still being in direct control of the Empire. Mesopotamia and Eastern Syria will be in the new "Assyrian Region". The Kingdom of Assyria, an semi-autonomous region within the Seleucid Empire.

The Assyrians revolt

As the Assyrian people are mistreated and pushed away by the Hellenic scum that purge our lands. Our people have experienced famine, genocide, exculsion, deportation, and even slavery to Europa. It is time we turn from peace to violence. I, King Ashur the III declare the independent state of Assyria. "The Kingdom of Assyria", a neo-assyrian state that will repersent all Aramaic peoples. Our people will rise up in levant, mesopotamia, and even parts of Cannan. We urge our Babylonian, and Aramic brothers to join us in this revolt. To defeat this enemy we must be united.
