The Novgorod Republic sends out its army to claim more land for the Republic. And take it away from the rebels. We have sent tanks and helicopters for support. The Spetsnaz are also being depolyed to the fronts. We will secure these new lands and bring relief aid to the people there.

We all know when you have a nuke, you will use it. And theres always that one guy that nuke the ♥♥♥♥ out of their enemy as soon as war is declared. So in purposes of keeping factions alive, and not completely exterminated in 5 seconds. Im putting in new nuke use rules.

Rules:
1.) You can't declare war on someone and immeditaly nuke them as a way to wage war.
2.) You can't fire a nuke, unless someone nukes you first. So only in retaliation.
3.) All wars WILL START, and hopefully end, in conventional warfare( Witch means you have to go to war using only normal ways to fight, such as infantry, tanks and airforce stuff, witch means no nukes)

Due to many countries making their own nuclear missles. We have also started the construction of Anti-Nuclear Missle defence systems. These systems will take out nuclear missles in the air before they land. This Project, due to our technology, will be completed in a year. The Previous russian government had a similar system. We will only expand on it, and make it even more efficent. We also have constructed fallout shelters all over the Republic. New anit-nuke defences are going up in every city and every provience. To ensure the protection of all classes of people.

Finland calls for all European nations to reform and regroup again and to restore the great European true multicultural and beautiful continent. Say no to any unions, pacts, treaties and everything especially to all which comes outside Europe! No more "extreme liberal" mental illness or multinational corporations. Let the nationalistic nations rule Europe once again in harmony and understanding of each others cultures and history.

Today after hearing of the Novgorod Nuclear program we have decided to initiate program Bosveld

We SADEC will not allow Nuclear procurement. After the destruction of Washington and New York due to nuclear weapons our world plunged into the dark ages. The environment worldwide was affected and millions of people were killed instantly.

Thus we initiate project Bosveld which will basically a full anti-Nuclear missile defense system. This is possible and will not be like those of the early 21st Century.

We would hope that every nation disbands nuclear weapons however we cannot be assured of it.

We have also started mass construction of Nuclear proof Bunkers which will be equiped with Hazmat anti-radiation suits. Supplied to the bone with food and water. There will also be medical supplies.

This is our Biggest Project ever and in order to assure its safety we have taken old South African Nuclear weapon designs reworked it and we will start to construct a huge nuclear arsenal. Our plan is to complete around 1 200 Nuclear weapons in the next 2 years. The nuclear production will take place near the Koeberg power station.

Here comes the new cold war!!
