Bones is the new Obsidian! Lard to the Team and recruiting stop.

Hello Startigarians!

We have some big news for everyone here.

We were having a lot of problems with the big inflation happening with Obsidian (with super extractor 18 obsidian can be extracted). This is a major problem.

The team has thus decided to change our current currency to Bones.

How do you get Bones? Many animals drop 1 - 2 Bones on death. You can also gather Fossil in mines and turn it into 1 Bone per Fossil.

We are confident that this will help a lot fighting inflation as the gathering process is much longer.

For those of you who have gathered a lot of Obsidian, we will offer the following exchange rates for the next Week (7 days from now!)

10 Obsidian for 1 Bone (it is up to the player to use this offer or not. The town makes the exchange.)


We welcome our new moderator and friendly neighbourhood watch soldier Lardhead to our team. He will support the team mostly from the inside and is given 2nd in Command of the town guard. (Captain is Leo).


The class system is very complicated at the moment and we will change it in the future. We keep you updated about the changes.


From today on we will not accept any new members for the time being. This is for different reasons:

- We want to work out the plans for the city thoroughfully. As we want to plan it out a bit in advance, it is good to not have interferences here.
- We want to work out the Guides and Rules so that they are fit for the community. This past few weeks were a learning experience where we could see what works and what does not. Now it is time to transform these experiences into better Rules/Guideline section. The plan is to make them easier to understand, logical and easy for new members to get into the game. In the past we already had various conflicts with members about this theme and it made some quite frustrated and they left. We want to prevent this from happening again.

Once we have a solid basis for the Rules and Guidelines, we will reopen the recruiting once again. Of course exceptions can be made for some cases, for example you have a friend you want to invite to the server.

Lastly, just a little reminder, for those people that have overseen this. We have some DMs (Dungeon Master). If those people are online, they are invisible to the player world. The DMs are constructing a world around us to make our experience richer.

Also: Arctek! Please mind that we have not discovered Arctek at the moment! This includes all the Arctek furniture (exception: when found, these can only be used in your own house!) as well as Arctek Armor! It is not allowed to craft those items at the moment. There will be soon an event, where the players get the chance to discover it.

Teleporters are NOT allowed at the moment as the technology is missing. (Exception is made for the DM base, if you happen to find that one). They will be added in a future time, but will always be very limited. We hope you can understand this step. Teleporters are a major game killer, as it takes away the need to explore things. Most likely we will have teleporters between cities only.

Please set your Touchstone to private use only. It falls unto the same category as teleporters.
