To build a community out of Old Town, we're going to do the following:

Everybody, that successfully invites 5 Flyers into the group, is going to get the MODERATOR promotion. To do so, just invite 5 active Flyers into this group and create a topic in the group forum with the invited people confirming the invite in it.
