I bought a digital gift card for a friend about 3 hours ago. I still don't see it in my gift history and he hasn't received an email or Steam message to accept the gift. My card has been charged for this purchase.

Steam doesn't provide a customer service phone number which sucks and this issue isn't listed on their support page.

Any advice? Do I need to wait longer?
