I want to know how to unlock and set my victory lines? My victory lines are still gray...

The screen turns black after every game is played, and the settlement page never appears. The game then becomes unresponsive.

I have tried yesterday and today but keep receiving a connection error and the game does not go the main menu area. Anyone else having issues?
