Does someone know how to create elevation and autogen data for Europe region?

they took our money and ran didn't they? I need to make sure I put this developer on the blacklist. Now if MS just follows through with their commitment to VR support it will be a non-issue. I just can't get into MSFS2020 without VR no mater how pretty it is. 5 months and I've logged less than 3 hours of flight time in it....
