It's satire. Not meant to be taken literally. It is portrayed in a comedic manner. I find no issues with this. Whatever the media has done to convince everyone to be offended by everything, apparently I didn't get the memo. Laugh it off. It's just a video game.

I think it's "homeless" in name only. There are too many elements that are very "video gamey" or fantasy based.

The homeless person you control in the game is totally awesome. He has super pigeon powers and he can take down a horde of agressive thugs with a few punches. He's really strong. And he can drive his shopping cart like a race driver. Just amazing. What are you even talking about? Btw. I was homeless too at some point. Nothing in this game is poor taste.
