I have several free save slots, and back when I played more often I started at least 4-5 different careers without remembering this warning. I was looking in the forums for both games but I'm still unclear. If I have TE4 and I get this manager will it just be a separate game with an older engine or do the two connect in some way?

As above. Started new game and after customising my pro player and clicking done all of the orange bars on the character sheet disappeared. So unable to train individual skills.

Hi Manu, yesterday I bought Tennis Elbow Manager 2 and I'm adding outfit mods, the problem I have is that in shirts from 30 on I think they come out with the sleeves cut and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong.

I am confused about strategies while coaching a match. Every strategy apart from the default shows a penalty. Are there specific skills I should be cultivating with each player? How would I know which skills are more important? What is the point of having specific strategies against a particular style opponent?...
