Ok, after some youtubing i was doing everything as i should have been. There is a glitch that stops the left mechanism from rotating the symbols. I even used a previous save, same thing. So now i cannot progress the story mode due to this. Awesome.
Yeah that was my next idea, sadly it didn't help. I'll do some testing and see if i can resolve this.
Turns out turning off DX12 solved it. So the problem lies with DX12 somehow. Interesting....
No problemo
The pillar doesn't rotate and therefore the bridge doesn't come up. This is quite significant as I can't progress at all.

Either way there needs to be a patch to FIX the DX12 bugs because they're SPECIFICALLY related to DX12, and it's infuriating.
