When i launch the game, it just background and the menu didn't show up.

i've collected all 27 hidden packages and i didn't earn anything EDIT: i've clicked "achievements" and i see that there should be 30 missions and 30 hidden packages and i've only have 27 missions and packages. is there secret missions or something?
