Achievements constantly re-appearing
Custom mode on (not sure if that was the cause)

Any time I did something that would "update" my achievement list, the popup for achievements I've already gotten would appear.

examples: starting a new run would make the "unlock 10 weapons" and "unlock 10 skills" achievements pop up
killing ANY enemy would cause the "kill 100 elites" achievement to pop up (this was the worst offender since I would basically have the achievement popup on screen 100% of the time)

This is happening in the current live version of the game as well, not just in the beta branch.
Just pointing that out in case any dev decides to investigate.

EDIT: My bad, didn't notice original post was form February and I am posting in July. We're probably talking about same patch.

Not sure if this is helpful, but I had the achievement continually pop up for me too and what I found was that I had lost internet connection while playing.
