This is coming from a person who plays on 5BC.
I appreciate the gesture of putting damage reduction on this item, but considering that it is a Tactics item I don't see the benefit of the damage reduction that it provides. When I'm playing tactics I get one-shot regardless of whether I have -7% damage received or not. Or even -15% damage received for that matter. IMO damage reduction on items belongs in Survival builds where you're using a lot of slow weapons and you have a lot of HP and you can afford to get hit a lot and gather a lot of malaise.
If you want to make it a more tactics-appropriate item then give it a "+7% damage inflicted" property or something else. Tactics does not have the health pool to make use of "a handful of percentages less damage received" on items.

That's just my opinion though. Maybe there's people who actually benefit from the damage reduction on this item. Or maybe the damage reduction really shines on the lower BC difficulties.

How does even find the blueprint for the emergency door in the first place?
Been looking around but can't find anything
There's a lore room in Slumbering Sanctuary where you can enter it through a sublevel door (like those doors in Stilt Village). There's a goofy challenge involved with obtaining the blueprint so be prepared to think before you act.
Also I think the lore room does not appear on every run so it might take you a few runs to Slumbering to get the room in the level generation.
