Dont respond just for a steam badge

The controls are too unresponsive when you have to hit multiple keys at once for a game about precision and fast reactions or just fast input in general. Too many times I've lost it not through any fault of my own, but because the game just decides "eh, those keypresses didn't count. Sucks to be you!"...

64.3 was easy, but 64.4... is hell. It's not even the gimmick the hard part, it's the amount of bad guy that seems stupidly high. I only got 23.0 on this level...

how to play it after 23rd second? I have no clue how not to miss the bad guys. I just can't see them.
