Game wont start

I just installed the game on Steam (bought it on Slitherine Sites and tried it and it worked when I installed it as a download). However when I try to play it on Steam the only thing I get is the message; I) You do not have the proper elevated privilages to run the required DLL registration service for this application. Please log in as an Administrator or right click on Application and sletct "Run as Administrator" to proceed. II) I try to run it as an Administrator but then I just get the standard Mat...

Ship deleted bug? And declare war question.

Hi, i had the German ship surrounded on all sides with my British ships (Britain was not at war with Germany). Next turn germany ship moved and wiped out one of my ships. WTF?! :) And i have question. Is possible in diplomacy to declare war? Or this feature is only on game script from scenario creator???...
