Unresponsive game after launch

My game seems to be unresponsive when I start it up, the cursor does not move when I move the mouse and the keyboard seems to be no help at all either. I am hearing the audio though with the title music. I am running windows 10 64x. Anyone else running into this issue?...

Developers: Please Release Note Text

I cannot read any of the cursive text ingame. If you released the text for these notes, I would at least be able to play the game and understand what was going on.
