Im using lenovo legion Y520 laptop

Well DB is maybe retro game but very cpu heavy and even more demanding with various merc skins and weapons skins.

Also some maps are designed better (execution maps) and some maps are terrible designed bloated with thousands of unused props, buildings etc causing frame drops even on latest high end hardware. (I almost think devs did this on purpose to even low fps players with high fps players so everyone will get low fps at certain locations. Because why would map designer forget to remove like 1000 buildings from the map?)

Back to your pc. Old laptop and slow hardware. You may try this command via game console: texturepoolsize 4097 for more smooth gameplay but don’t expect notable improvements.

i tried it , nothing has changed expect the graphics became too low i guess

you need cpu of 8th gen i7 or 5th gen ryzen 7
or newer gen

Try forcing the game to be exclusively full screen right clicking the exe in windows & turning off
" full screen optimization "
