Has there been a change to how this achievement works?

I'll probably never understand why in some games, like here again, my fan works more than it should, it's so annoying! I have games where more happens or is required and if I check the computing capacity, then all this should not be a problem, yet here it behaves as if I were playing a slightly larger game or running editing software with many tracks and layers... Ah did I already say that it's annoying? And yes, I have set an FPS limit in my system settings, etc....

Title. A casual god-game with a bit of management and interaction. Wildlife and civilisations forming or something. Other than Reus, is there anything like that?
