Just saw my launch coaster do a rollback, completely unintentional. is there something wrong or is that just a thing in this game?

Dose anybody know why this is the program worked fine...now I cant use it at all keeps coming up with can not read JPG file (code 2)?

So I imported a photo to use as an overlay, then deleted the file after I was done using it. Now every time I open the park in the editor I am given a "failed file" error for the overlay. I've removed the overlay from my preferences, even tried adding a new overlay, yet still get the error every time which is getting quite annoying. Is this a bug or am I just missing something? Thanks....
