Authorization failed. Error ID: 1001.
I don't know if this counts as a bug or else, but I've been having this issue for a while now. I already tried the solutions suggested by support and they didn't work. I have 0 clue what caused or how it could be fixed. The game starts up, show the my.game logo for a few miliseconds and just cuts to the error. Any ideas or suggestons?

What solutions did you tried out from the support?
Could it be your anti-virus software, if you are using one, that is blocking the connection?
Also have you tried to completely reinstall the game?

In a nutshell: Unplugging router, clean booting windows and flushdns
And reinstalling the game didn't work at all. I dont use anti-virus on my pc, other than win10 if that counts

Are you able to login with a different account into the MY.GAME launcher?

I'm glad that this solution worked.
This could mean that there maybe must be some issues with the Account verification.
It would be good if @Runabel can take a more in depth look at this, to find the cause of the issue.
