Why does every game I enjoy have to slowly die? 2018 subrosa was incredible.

Hey everyone, I've been a game developer for about 10 years. Mostly working for small indie companies. It's been a dream of mine to remake this game with proper UI, Level Design and Multiplayer. There's so many pieces of unfinished abandonware strewn across the store. If they want players to feel confident in contributing to the development of projects, it would really help if they showed some effort in following up with developers in the Early Access program to see that they are, in fact, actually working on the Early Access project.
