Night Lights

Nighttime lighting has been added to the game! Night vision and light attachments for weapons are coming soon.

If you prefer to play the game during the day only, there is a setting to disable night lighting.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug where items would sometimes not display cost when trading
Fixed a bug where the Med Station couldn't be levelled up to level two
Fixed a bug where tracking items for buildings or crafting wouldn't work
Fixed a bug where max-level skills wouldn't display as golden after reloading the game
Fixed a bug where exiting the second cave in the Badlands would always teleport you to the first cave entrance
Fixed a bug where starting a new game wouldn't reset home building units
Fixed a bug where the garden wouldn't save its contents when leaving the player's home
Fixed a bug where the garden would duplicate inventory items

Changes

The Garden Unit can no longer store inventory items
Added report bug option to pause menu
Added new location to the Badlands: Nomad Airstrip
Added new weapon questline for Kane
Added new Badlands quest for Acadia
Added "Dumbbell Racks" to locations in each map to ensure players can gather dumbbells
Added day/night light cycles to maps
Added game setting to toggle night lighting

Bounty Quests

A new NPC has arrived in the Outpost, Deckard, the Bounty Hunter. He offers daily bounty quests for each map, which tasks you with eliminating a marked target.

Marked targets have significantly increased health, range, and speed compared to standard enemies.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug where Kane would not display the correct text when turning in a quest
Fixed a bug where sometimes the player would load into a map inside the terrain
Fixed a bug where opening the inventory while leaving/entering a room would break the inventory
Fixed a bug where daily quests wouldn't save their expiration time
Fixed a bug where the daily quest reset time wouldn't load
Fixed a bug where daily quests weren't removed from the inventory
Fixed a bug where tracked items wouldn't save
Fixed a bug where tracked quest items wouldn't highlight in containers
Fixed a bug where levelling up the Thrifty skill past one would stop showing $/kg (load your save, exit, and reload to fix the issue)

Fixed a bug where the game wouldn't save weapon slots or firing modes between levels
Fixed a bug where interacting with an item would allow you also to click "Take All" inside containers
Fixed a bug where dying from the Void Crystalgeist would cause a crash
Fixed a bug where you could not complete the Mule perk challenge
Fixed a bug where Kane would not sell explosives
Fixed a bug where you could enter doorways without being transitioned into buildings
Fixed a bug where you couldn't damage "Cultist Ritual Tech" for the "Witch Hunt" quest
Fixed a bug where completing Curse Bringer Pt. 2 would reward the wrong weapon

Changes

Sleeping now restores energy and health based on the duration of sleep
Once complete, you can now buy quest weapons from Kane (requires a merchant reset to take effect)

I love the SB:SS graphic style, and yes its a clone, but its a very good one with its own style. Early EA but I like it a lot.

I was interested in Zero Seivert but was scared. : ( I'm glad I jumped in to this neat little sub genre of extraction shooter type of games. Pretty dope.

Any Tips for Combat?

People say it's easier than Zero Sievert, and it prob is I didn't play ZS too much but I'm getting MELTED out here. I die in most my raids right now. I noticed you can sorta shotgun cheese by hiding behind your cover and waiting for them to push, then blast em cause the shotgun one shots most the time on normal enemies. But is there any other sort of tips yall would have? I gotta git gud.....

Can't upgrade vault

I must be missing something. I was able make the first upgrade to the vault, but I've gathered all the necessary items to acquire the next one, and Daedalus won't let me make the purchase. Do I need to upgrade other parts of my base before I can upgrade my vault?...

Would love ultrawide support

I get that its a very small userbase and therefore probably not important enough to spend the dev time on, but i always get a little sad whenever i boot up a new game and i see those dreaded black bars :/
