How is he playing a guitar???

The guy in the first picture on the store page, how is he playing with at least one broken arm and what looks like a severely dislocated shoulder? O_O Did you implement pain meds in the game so that he's at least not suffering while being forced to play with two severe arm injuries?...

Achievement help needed

Hey, so I played through the game several times but can't to find the location for Ivans Chronicle #2 and the Screamer behind the cabinet. I checked every possible location/closet/cabinet/drawer in the game but no luck. So any help (or fix if they are broken) would be appreciated....
