Everyday I log in to KF2 and find myself disappointed
Cos I still haven't received my DLC items from ultimate edition after 2 weeks and I check daily!

Still haven't received my DLC items from Ultimate Edition after 2 week
So messed up. No help/update/communication from Tripwire.

DLC is installed. I have checked the game property. I have filed a support ticket more than a week ago. All I got was a template reply and I've replied the email and updated the ticket and no more response since then.
This dev team is sus and their practices have been more than awful. Considering server stability issues and the horrendous microtransactions, and seeing how they flopped this as well and are already trying to shove out another title should tell you all you need to know.

??? shove another title?bro its been 8 years. they made weapons cost $ to hopefully get funding for kf3. wtv happened in this game isnt the next game.

I was in the same boat. I really don't understand the situation because I chose to finally make a ticket a few days ago and within 12 hours they corrected my stuff and updated my account to reimburse missing items.

I'm not sure exactly what's going on, but I can at least say there's hope and fingers crossed you're next up on the list.

11 days have passed since the ticket was created. Still 0 help and ignoring after the first template answer to clear the cache, etc., which was done at the time the ticket was created and written in the first message.
17 days ago since the support ticket was created and until now I have not received the items that are missing from the ultimate DLC. Can I already tell that this was a scam?

Yeah, they've had 8 whole years to sort their issues out and they decided to milk it for 8 years with "DLC" before finally pulling the plug and now they're ready to just repeat the process for the next 8. I have genuine contempt for people like you who continually give these sorts of things ANY leniency. We've been down this road time and time again. Enough.
