Yeah, I am missing those exact same items too, and from what I saw on the forums many others who got the Ultimate edition are missing those too. It's almost 3 weeks for me since I bought this, and I still have not received them even if I contacted their support lol
I was in the same boat. I really don't understand the situation because I chose to finally make a ticket a few days ago and within 12 hours they corrected my stuff and updated my account to reimburse missing items.
I'm not sure exactly what's going on, but I can at least say there's hope and fingers crossed you're next up on the list.
