Patch 1.28 - Russian translation added!

Hey folks, happy new year! 🎊

First of, a little celebration: The game broke through 400 reviews! That's way more than I ever anticipated to reach, so it filled me with a lot of joy to see this by the end of last year. THANK YOU SO MUCH! ❤️

The highlight of today's small patch is another new language. Thanks to the incredibly generous support of Ladush, a fan of the game, the game is now available in Russian and with that in 8 total languages!

Patch notes (v1.28)

Added Russian translation.
Adjusted the tile size of some of the new floors added last update.
Fixed more translation typos and text rare box size issues.

For children. I won first try in high difficulty ( 9 ). At this point I don't care about other unlockable difficulties, I know it can't pose any challenge.

I may have found an exploit.

Quick Exit Mid-Battle, (or as I will refer to it: QEMB) Can basically make any level possible through resetting the level and appearing at the start of the shop. Since the last save is made when you walk into the shop, you can use QEMB (if you have low HP for example) for resetting the level and possibly rerolling the items (if you have more than one to pick). But if it won't save at the start of the shop, people who need to take a break from the game will not be able to resume their playthrough. I also no...

Patch 1.27 - Visual Variety Update

Hi folks! Today artist extraordinaire Estivador and I have a little holiday surprise for you! 🎁

Speaking of holidays, the game will be on sale for Steam Winter Sale a few hours from now, so that should be a great time to join the fun-loving billiards roguelike family (or tell a friend about it)! ❤️

This patch includes a whole bunch of new graphics for floor tiles (including special boss-level ones), the outer arena walls and funky new hole graphics! 👀

And yes, you can turn the one below off by deactivating the "gore" checkbox. 😬

Patch notes (v1.27)

Added a variety of new floor tile graphics.
Added special floor graphics for boss levels (5 and 10).
Added alternative graphics for the outer arena walls.
Added alternative graphics for holes.
Changed Twitter links to Bluesky[bsky.app]. Come say hi!

Finally, with the year coming to a close I'd like to thank each and every one of you for checking out my game! While the games industry is going through rough times, this has been a huge year for me and large parts of that come down to the, overall moderate but personally very significant, success of Rack and Slay (who's willing to help push past 400 reviews btw? 😝).

Not least thanks to your feedback, the game evolved throughout dozens of patches, multiple content updates, post-release ports to macOS and Nintendo Switch, as well as localization to support a total of 7 languages. This is way beyond what I imagined when I started working on this a little more than 2 years ago. So once again: THANK YOU, it means the world! 🙏

Can you make miniballs defeat thieves as well? During endless mode on some runs, sleepy keeps spawning, preventing the level being cleared since the boss will just keep respawning, rendering some levels impossible.
