Substitution rule is wrong

I didn't use any editor data, but when I entered the game the rules for each league were five substitutes for three players. Has anyone encountered the same problem?

Can't see kits on Editor

Am I the only one who's having this issue where I can't see kits on Editor? I tried to reset Editor and the kits still won't show up

Can't use Pre Editor

I downloaded it and modified a few things, but When I play the game, in Career, I cant see any of the changes. Not sure why. I does not seem to be any option to toggle a different database
