One of the most immersion-flawed aspects (for me) up to current version v1.3.2 is the senseless walking around of sailors onboard my ship (yes, I've turned on visible sailors in the options).

What I mean by this is that my sailors don't do any actual work like scrubbing the deck, flicking sails, binding ropes, raising or lowering sails, loading/firing cannon in battle etc. which should depict the hard work and life on sea. They're just walking around like 'wet' chicken without any purpose (even/especially during combat).

Also, there's no actual captain, helmsman, or 1st officer visible on the ship.

I've just tried to read the future v1.5 patchlog, but I can't find any entry regarding this one.

So my question(s) to the devs:
Will this be addressed at some point (e.g. instead of walking just pin sailors to an actual spot with some work)?
Or is this no issue for other players and therefor negligible?
