the re enter password on ubisoft connect
please it's not working it just keeps saying "A Ubisoft service is currently unavailable. Please try again later", but later never changes

you need to install the updated version of UBI connect first off

old versions will probably no longer work and yes the game will install an old version with the game files on a game thats more then 10 years old

if you have an issue with your account or password you have to open a support ticket with UBISOFT and with all support tickets you will have to wait till its your turn for them to respond to it

Same here, I just wanted to enjoy the game and now I must send tickets to support which I really hate to do.

I think I had 2 more minutes to finish the game when it crashed. Not cool.

Sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with Ubisoft Connect when trying to launch the game. As -=SOF=-WID99 kindly advised, we would recommend ensuring Ubisoft Connect is updated https://ubi.li/Q5YVj

Should this persist after, to rule out some common causes would it be possible to please try the following steps?

• Install Ubisoft Connect and the game on the same drive as your OS
• End unnecessary background processes via Task Manager
