old versions will probably no longer work and yes the game will install an old version with the game files on a game thats more then 10 years old

if you have an issue with your account or password you have to open a support ticket with UBISOFT and with all support tickets you will have to wait till its your turn for them to respond to it

I HAVE THIS PROBLEM TOO

Same here, I just wanted to enjoy the game and now I must send tickets to support which I really hate to do.

I think I had 2 more minutes to finish the game when it crashed. Not cool.

Should this persist after, to rule out some common causes would it be possible to please try the following steps?

• Install Ubisoft Connect and the game on the same drive as your OS
• End unnecessary background processes via Task Manager
