Theres some purple lookin plant growin in that pit with lake on first island.. the one with tent n campfire with, but theres no interaction with that plant.. i cannot pick it up. Or is it growing on that Volcano island with wolves and bears somwhere?

This game looks interesting with the mystery of the missing team, but as usual some ridiculously bad game design decisions are at work here. Thirst and hunger have been used many times and rarely do they result in anything but frustrated player who toss the game. I just made a mushroom salad, I found the ingredient, crafted it, and ate. But apparently the idiot on the screen is still starving. I hate design flawed games like these. Hunger and thirst mechanic do nothing to make a game more believable ...

Whatever I change in the settings - it doesn't take effect, and when I go to settings again, everything is back to default. How can I change some settings here?
