Is there specific order of doing things here? I have already started from scratch because of this (this time while backing up saves), yet, no matter what I do I'm stuck within this nightmare and can't get the dialogue with Samuel move on after talking with both Yulia and Anna. I prefer the standard. But I keep getting the alt text on top and have to turn it off. every. time. Makes every interaction tedious.

Is there a plan to get this game in other languages than in english?

I got all the journal entries and photos, but only the journal entries triggered an achievement. The last I got was the flower photo after the Vitali puzzle (in the real world). I saw another post about that same issue from February so adding my recent experience that it's still happening. I tried clicking all the photos, going back inside the shack to save, main menu and back, quitting and back, etc even restoring files but it just won't work for me ...
