Game crashes on startup

Game crashes on startup, after Activision logo, when shaders compilation is starting.
Tried to use safe mode, deleted VPN services, checked game files, rebooted computer, updated GPU drivers, nothing works.
OS Windows 11, RTX4060m, 16gb RAM

install better windows 11 23h2 older or install back windows 10
because windows 11 24h2 not stable for this game

install better windows 11 23h2 older or install back windows 10
because windows 11 24h2 not stable for this game

I don't have issues with 24H2, though I use a personally tweaked image and version.

I don't know, just because of this update, the rendering of part of the interface and textures is broken, so to speak, sometimes the textures are blurry, sometimes not, the skybox disappears and appears, and this happens to those who have Windows 11 24h2 and specifically with this game
