I don't have issues with 24H2, though I use a personally tweaked image and version.

I don't know, just because of this update, the rendering of part of the interface and textures is broken, so to speak, sometimes the textures are blurry, sometimes not, the skybox disappears and appears, and this happens to those who have Windows 11 24h2 and specifically with this game
