Motion blur isn't working

Guys dont complain about be using motion blur cuz im 4k gaming and when i turn it on it doesn't work for some reason, if someone knows a fix to this issue please help me

I was having the same problem, but I also tried the game on PS5 and there's also no motion blur. I haven't seen a single video of the game with motion blur on so I think the settings for motion blur don't actually apply motion blur, just a filter in the edge of the camera
