Every game i see from them doesn't have Cloud saves. Why?

so i just bought this game cus im a huge fan of the show and this is the only console i had money for. it starts up but the controls dont work for some reason.

Is it possible? I can't seem to find it in the options menu. It's a really basic feature so I'm kinda shocked if it isn't possible.
