Polishing Update - 24-08-24

Just a little update with a few bug fixes, a rework of the tucking system, a few new tricks and some polish on the maps

Here is the detail :

Fix a bug where the character tried to jump on slanted ground and fell
Fixed the grabbing system
Added some concrete blocks with a custom shader displaying the height of the cliffs
Added a secret teleporter
Improved back flexibility of the character on ragdoll mode
Reworked the cliffs on the Playa Escondida map to make it more interesting
New tricks : Double cork semi, Triple Cork Semi, rockscrew and sideswipe semi

Game isn't running anymore

After the new update when I try to start the game an error occours saying that is missing the executable in the folder (I'm on linux)

Wasted potential

Best motion physics in a video game for what? Make a fighting game or something out of it, not standing in place doing flips for nothing.

wont load

every time i load up any map or the tutorial it just loads.......................................... FOREVER then it says end the load? or this game is not repsonding like BRO

New Map : Cenote

To celebrate the cliff jumping season, I designed a new map with a 50m deep Cenote

I also did a few bug fixes and adjustments :

Camera rework (The camera movement was stuttering when the framerate was not stable, I entirely reworked it to make it smoother)
Allowed the played to immediately retry an input after failing one in the tutorial
Fixed the invisible Teleporters on the Arena map
Reworked the bubbles particle system on entering in the water

As usual, the game is still in Alpha, so if you find bugs, glitches or any frustration point please report it on discord, as a solo developer your help in making the game better is highly valuable to me, and I couldn't thank you enough !

I remember playing this game about a year ago and the game felt horrible to me, but the developers added so much quality of life updates and the cliff jumping feature has to be the most interesting thing in this game to me. I really enjoy the physics of the cliff jumping because it feels more intuitive than the regular free running and parkour. One thing i would like to see is better camera controls for controller.
