A short, unique horror game that mixes B-horror, puzzles, walking sim, and audiobooks into a fun and creepy interactive experience.

This was a very unique and fun game. I don't want to give any spoilers, but I'll see if I can describe the gameplay loop to help anyone considering it. You're a radio DJ, and with the help of your producer, you spend a night helping people who call in. I'd describe it as a first person simulator/puzzle game. None of the puzzles are overly difficult and can be solved with a bit of detective work that is basically performed by exploring the radio station building. I found it particularly satisfying because I didn't need a walkthrough but the puzzles were challenging enough to make me feel like I'd achieved something. I've honestly never played anything like this before. It also has a very satisfying and well written story and some great voice acting. Highly recommended for people who like puzzles and detective games!

Short but good. The writing in the prologue is a bit dodgy and really put some strain on my suspension of disbelief, but once the setup is done the quality increases significantly. The voice actors do the heavy lifting here and do it well. Killer Frequency almost feels like Firewatch meets 80s/90s slasher flicks. If you like this kinda thing, it is an easy title to recommend. Enjoyable story with twists and turns paired with some minor scares and sweet tunes. There is also an incredible attention to detail in the world building, Gallow's Hill feels like a real place, with a real history, and real people - enhancing the atmosphere of the game.

I'd say the game is worth its price. If you're not a big slasher fan, maybe wait for a sale,but chances are you'll have a good time with this one.

Apparently it's defined as horror, it's not. Gameplay has zero depth. The voice acting (besides Forrest) is so absolutely hideous, you'll be laughing at certain moments, where I doubt the devs would want you to. It's just really not a good experience, both gameplay wise and story wise
