I thought I was the only one that had this problem. Tried core isolation and disabling kernal stack but that option wasn't on my computer

As far as I know the old method still works:
- Go to your AC6 files.
- Delete or move "start_protected_game.exe"
- Copy and then rename "armoredcore6.exe" to "start_protected_game.exe"

You won't be able to go online, but who gives a damn? Better performance without EAC ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with things too.

To bypass EAC, here's what you can do.

- Right click the game in your library, hover over Manage, click "Browse local files", then open the Game folder.
- Scroll down and look for "start_protected_game.exe" then change the extension from *.exe to *.old.
- Right click armoredcore6.exe, copy, paste, then rename the new copy file "start_protected_game.exe".

This should automatically kick you into Offline Mode. Just note that until EAC addresses the issue, you won't be able to download any custom AC codes.

Hope this helps!

(Been just running around and hunting down posts with similar issues with EAC.)

Win 11. Turned off memory integrity and it works now.

Oh what the heck!? I tried it just now and yeah, turning off memory integrity works. Why is that a thing? :/

It's also scary.
I'll have to give that a try thanks.. and fromsoft is probably the one Dev I don't really worry about stuff like that
