After almost 5 hours of playing - I quite like this game. It's different than most games I play. For anyone expecting a normal hotel sim game - this game is not that. There is some of the traditional hotel sim activities like furnishing and cleaning the rooms, but the game's main focus is related to keeping all four of the factions happy. Your first few attempts at this game will probably end in failure. Failing appears to have a chance to award one of your uncle's collection items, which will help improve your future attempts. The collection item I received was a painting, which when placed in a room changes that room to a specific faction.

For people complaining over lack of tutorial after their first time playing - the tutorial is accessible at all times by just hitting F1. Top left of the screen says that. Or you can hit escape to see the menu and that also has a tutorial button. And the rat issue - after almost 5 hours of playing I still do not have the achievement for killing 10 rats. I'd guess that rat issues are due to not upgrading the halls of floor 1. It's super cheap to upgrade; I keep upgrading on my first day. When interacting with the floor plan just click on any hallway area to upgrade.

I can't comment about bugs that others are encountering as I personally haven't had any issues.

After two hours of experience, I can say that the game is incomprehensible and has no connection to simulation. It is a story of balancing between gangs at a very slow pace. It ends very quickly and the options are limited

I received this game for free via Keymailer, and I'm grateful for the opportunity. However, I did run into some issues. The game froze after getting killed by the mafia, forcing me to restart my PC. It also felt a bit slow and repetitive, with a lot of time spent riding elevators and watching the clock—kind of made it feel more like a walking sim than a full experience. The factions' quick-to-anger reactions didn't help either, as I barely had time to get into the story or the decorating aspect. That said, I do think the game has potential. I'd be willing to give it another shot if they address the bugs and add more depth to the game-play.
