How to Get Around SFM Vertex Limits?
It is very common that I decompile an SFM model and find that there are multiple objects on the model with more than 10,000 vertices each. For example, the MK11 Cassie model has like 5 hairstyles packed into the model, each hair object alone is like 40,000 verts!!

Yet, when i try to recompile, Crowbar usually won't let me have more than 1 object over 10,000 max, and even that one object allowance doesn't always work. Any tips?

Set $maxverts to 65530 in your QC before any $model or $body lines. (Note that this doesn't work in every branch of Source, though it does work in SFM's).

Unconfirmed, but setting this to a high number and adding a large number of hi-poly meshes may have potential to corrupt SFM sessions.
