Is this censored or fully uncensored and good to go? If it is censored, is there a R18 patch available? Also, will the sequel, Dead End Aegis, also appear on Steam?

Loading this game enlarges my taskbar and other apps, rearranges my folders and so-on. It only fixes when I close the game...

Do I need to try Gaiden before or after DEA? Or does it even matter?
