I have the DLC installed and enabled through steam. The option to activate adult content is not present in the settings. When starting a new game, the first message I get is that the patch is uninstalled. Country: France EDIT: it was an issue with the game not updating after the patch was downloaded. I got a "file locked" or something like that when trying to update. After some tries to force update it eventually worked....
