The game is a giant mess, you need to finish the game to play the game, basic recipes are not unlocked till you are basically done liberating all the regions, so instead of building a functioning village, you are left with a village that cannot produce even the most basic of things such as food ... yes food ... till dynasty level 14, and leather again till much later in the game, you cant mine copper till you liberate one region, and you cant produce copper items till you liberate a 2nd region, and you cannot mine the tin to make bronce till you liberate a fourth regian, everything is locked behind the most nonsensical walls that make the game annoying to play, instead of a great survival builder like Medieval Dynasty, you have to jump through a million stupid hoops just to assign a villager to make food, game is just rubbish.

Leaving this review from my friend, and agree with her on everything:
I regret that I chose to give money to this game instead of something else.
For me, the game's advantages were the theme and the possibility of a multiplayer mode.
I stopped enjoying farming after the game bugged when I was planting flax. The field could disappear from the place where it was located. Upgrading a bed would evict a villager from his house, fire him from his job, and irreversibly reset his workflow. When using the field management menu, there was a bug where it was impossible to close the menu.
Also, I was really hopeful for the Ukrainian localization in this game. In the Ukrainian localization, there are whole sentences in Russian. The localization itself has many errors. The meaning of the sentences is lost. It looks as if the russian text was entered into Google Translate and passed off as the Ukrainian localization. Now I can't play online with my friends because other players get a black screen when they connect to the server.
I dream of going back in time and not buying this product.

I can see the vision, but this game needs work. The concept of building a bustling town by hand is very appealing, but this game just feels dead. None of the NPCs really matter. All your villagers just exist to produce and consume resources. They do not feel like your faithful townspeople, they are robots. There is no one to latch onto. They say nothing of substance. Not to mention that they are butt ugly and visually identical to each other. In playing from the actual perspective of the town's leader, I would imagine there's at least a surface-level connection to my people, but I feel nothing for them. Why wouldn't I just play a traditional city builder?

That's my main criticism, but there are other things that irk me, too.

There's little point in having a season system. All the food sources you're likely using still function year round. There's no temperature system or anything so winter is just a visual change. You don't need to wear warm clothes, nor do your townspeople. Same idea with summer.

There's a clothing slot for gloves but in 14 hours I have seen no glove items. They might not exist. I've read that the slot is a holdover from early access that wasn't removed in 1.0. It's giving amateur production.

Speaking of 1.0, there are numerous missing features that are said to come LATER. That doesn't sound like 1.0! Most notably, you're told IN-GAME that your kid won't actually get to grow up and do adult things until an update that comes later. They'll be eternally stuck as children in the meantime. SENGOKU DYNASTY? MORE LIKE... SENGOKU... THE-DYNASTY-ENDS-WITH-ME! This brings to mind another thought; do my townspeople even age? Are we all stuck in a time bubble, keeping each one of us as middle-aged adults? I strongly suspect that townspeople will NEVER age yet my KID will, eventually! How logical! Anyway, when you're gonna give me a pop-up saying "oops! This feature isn't finished yet lol!", why bother releasing this into 1.0? That's a rhetorical question.

Another missing feature is enemy raids (coming later, obviously!). But despite this, my people will desire "security", aka another number for the robots to consume. Why should I, as a player, care about the security of my automatons when I KNOW there is no real threat? That feature is coming later guys, you don't need protection!

Combat is also disappointing. Enemies can only see a few meters, but hey, at least they have 360 degree vision. It's super easy to just inch into an enemy's vision circle (not cone) so you can pick them off one by one. Spears also make this game super easy, just take one step back, press attack, and they'll walk right into the hitbox because enemies can only walk straight at you (which also gets them stuck on obstacles).

I could say more, and maybe I will when I've put more thought into it. Basically, this game has no personality and shouldn't be in 1.0. It's objectively unfinished and they can't even bother to act like it's done. It's amateurish slop.
