Keyboard Layout
Heya,

is there a way to change the Keyboard layout to German aka QWERTZ and not QWERTY?
I've managed to start the Steam Desktop and even installed a german layout AND deleted the US Version, but it seems, the Steam-Client doesn't care whats installed on the Desktop.

Also, Desktop: Is there a On-Screen-Keyboard that doesn't is so ugly? I rather have a simple Keyboard, thats looks like a keyboard, then some "here on the left side, you can use the left trackpad and on the right side, you can use the right trackpad".i never was one of those who used "ergonomic" Keyboards in real life and i'm not starting with a virtual one. ;)

Thanks

Yeah noticed that too. In Game Mode there is no distinction between your locale and your keyboard layout.

You have to change der virtual keyboard layout inside Steam Mode.
Go to Settings/ Keyboard/ activ keyboard.
Here you can add language layouts. By more then one language, a globe symbol appears at the bottom of the virtual keyboard.

In the Desktop Mode your only able to change the layout of a physical keyboard.

In German:
Um das Layout der virtuellen Tastatur zu ändern, muss man in den Steam Modus:
Einstellungen/ Tastatur/ Aktive Tastatur.
